You Can Overcome Addiction

A person who recognises that they have an addiction problem can be greatly helped by Counselling & Hypnotherapy.  The first step is to recognise the problem. What is addiction, there are many forms?

Addiction

Addiction is defined in the dictionary as “the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming”.

It may cause occasional or frequent problems, which range from trivial to life-threatening. Getting a diagnosis can be a turning point for making changes in your life.

Take Alcohol as an example, the pattern is that people start off being social drinkers. They then get into heavy drinking and then into problem drinking. The next progression is into Alcoholic drinking and then into chronic Alcoholism.
